To truly achieve health, we must address our diets and lifestyle as well as mentality improve our wellbeing: I work with clients individually to create a series of in-person or online sessions focusing on your needs.
Other one-one wellness sessions available are physical training including yoga, breath work, in person sessions with Reiki, Munay Ki (energy work), Sound Healing and Lucia Light Meditations.
Continued 1:1 sessions start at $50/hour
